On January 6, 1890 Mr. Springer introduced bill, H. R. 3830 providing for Statehood for Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico and Wyoming. This bill was read the first and second times, referred to the Committee on Territories and ordered to be printed. On January 13, 1890," Mr. Isaac S. Struble, Representative from Iowa, introduced bill, H. R. 4561, providing for Statehood for Wyoming. This bill was read the first and second times, referred to the Committee on Territories, and ordered to be printed. There is no further Congressional history on either of these bills.
